Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

3. Orders

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, particularly for custom or made-to-order items.
CZET Jewel may cancel an order due to pricing errors, availability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. CZET Jewel is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
