At CZET Jewel, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create.
Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Finished Jewellery (Rings & Made-to-Order Pieces)

All engagement rings and made-to-order jewellery are final sale.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- Reporting period: Within 14 days of receiving your order
- Resolution: Repair, replacement, or refund (subject to assessment)
- Shipping costs: Covered by CZET Jewel if a quality issue is confirmed

2. Loose Diamonds (Stone Only)

Loose diamonds purchased on their own are eligible for return.
- Return period: Within 14 days of receipt
- Condition: Stone must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition with certification intact
- Refund: Issued after inspection and approval

Shipping and insurance costs for loose diamond returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed quality issue.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect selection (ring size, metal choice, or design)
- Damage caused by wear, misuse, or accidents
- Any alteration, resizing, or repair carried out by a third party
